Refund/Return Policy

We do not accept returns on any beauty product apart from Manufacturing Defects or Damage during transportation. In case of any defect, reach out to us by sending an email or calling our call centre within 24-48 hours of receiving & opening the product. We believe in customer satisfaction and once we receive the return request you can sit back & relax while we take care of the rest.

  • Damages & issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if you notice any damage or if you receive the incorrect item so that we can resolve the problem and make it right the earliest as possible.

To be eligible for a return, ensure the item is kept in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, along with the original packaging. It would be appreciated if you keep the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Refunds

We will notify you once your item is received by us and we are done with all the inspections for refund approvals. Upon approval, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 working days, please remember it can take some for the money to reflect in your account based on your bank or credit card company policies. In the case of Cash on Delivery, the refund will be credited in the form of store credits which you can use with your next purchase.
